Painting and replacing fluorescent lights to LED fluorescent lights at Parliament Street. We replaced fluorescent lights in their Building. Prior to the replacement, the fluorescent lights were noisy/broken and not functioning at all.

We found most of the fluorescent light bulbs were fused and not working, some were making horrible sounds and taking up alot of ceiling space.
The Client needed all the old fluorescent lights removed and replaced with more energy efficient LED fluorescent lights. We found most of the fluorescent light bulbs were fused and not working, some were making horrible sounds and taking up alot of ceiling space.
The walls in this specific floor were prepped and stripped. We placed lining papers on the floors to ensure paint splatter is controlled. Two coats of paint, with colour and paint type as per specification, we applied to the ceiling and walls.
We replaced the fluorescent lights with new LED T8 tube fixtures as per specification and requirements. This greatly improved the level of lighting, eliminated noise, provided a more energy efficient and environmentally friendly lighting option.
